Welcome to The Law Office of Ian D. Titley, P.C. I focus on trademark, copyright, software, and licensing law, and handle many tasks on a fixed fee basis. After law school (George Mason, 1987) I clerked for Judge James C. Turk, in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Virginia. For the next 17 years I practiced with what is now a 300 lawyer firm based in Richmond, Virginia. I was a partner in the corporate group focusing on intellectual property. I started my solo practice so I would have the flexibility to provide intellectual property law services to clients of all sizes – from sole proprietors to large companies.
